Jeremy Williams is a part of the Youth Sports Performance team at Max Fit in Manvel, TX. He supervises training in helping young athletes ages 12-17 develop strong training foundations and help take their games to the next level. 

Coach Williams started his training career in 2012 as a strength and conditioning intern at McNeese State which led him to opportunities to work with the University of Houston and Mississippi State in the same capacity. 

Since 2015 Coach has been roaming the fields and hallways as a Track and Football Coach in Louisiana and Texas.

Never one to shy away from education, Williams obtained his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McNeese State in 2013 and has since went on to acquire certifications from the ISSA and USA Track and Field
